Our Mission: We are dedicated to help improve our servicemen and
women’s morale.  We serve abroad through heartfelt contributions from
communities across the United States of America.

About Us

Our project actually began as a family effort. Danny, an American soldier married to the cousin of the "Hearts of America" foundation founder, asked his wife to have friends and family send small toys (similar to the small toys in kid’s meals at restaurants) for the Iraqi children. His wife began the task of getting others involved in collecting these toys. Little did she know that her cousin was about to give new life to this wonderful cause.

Amy PadenAmy Paden of Central Kansas was more than glad to help her cousin Anna in gathering toys to send. However as one donation led to another, Amy realized that she wanted to do even more for our troops in the Middle East. Amy has since become the organizer and founder of the project known as "Hearts of America." What began as a family and community effort, has grown into a state and nationwide effort.

Hearts of America, Inc. is all about gathering items for our military men and women whom are deployed outside of the United States.  Our efforts primarily involve sending care packages containing hygiene items, sundries, and a hand crafted memento by a volunteer. We consider ourselves a supplemental resource by providing the simple things from their home land.

Since the making of Hearts of America, Inc. we have expanded our services by offering items to assist with missions. Sometimes that entails providing batteries, baby wipes, and hand sanitizer that are down range (not in the proximity of purchasing items). Periodically we receive requests from flight medics for (new) blankets, (new) knit hats, and (new) footies or socks to help maintain  body temperatures of the severely wounded.  Hearts of America, Inc. also provides humanitarian items to service members who have an interest in dispersing fast food trinkets, small stuffed animals, or school supplies during their missions.

Hearts of America’s latest addition of services that began in the Spring of 2011 is offering sporadic free shipping clinics of flat rate packages to the public to any APO address of U.S. service members.

If you are looking for a fulfilling and life changing experience, this project is for you! No matter how young or old you are there is a place for you. The project is very flexible, completely volunteer at this time and it requires no membership dues. Many people of all walks of life have participated in some shape or form. Some participants are veterans themselves or maybe even have a family member, loved one or friend now. For others, this project is an outlet to contribute toward something to our servicemen and women.

Please join me for I firmly believe, "Together we can bring smiles and make a difference to generations." We hope to hear from you soon!!!
